How DOCPAY Online Payments Work
1. If you have a web site for your practice-
Then we provide a "Pay my bill online" button that is added to your web site. The payment site the patient is sent to is branded to show your logo and the color combinations from your site so they feel comfortable making the payment online.
If you DON'T have a web site for your practice-
Then we provide paper inserts that can be included with your monthly billing statements. The inserts encourage patients to "Save a stamp - pay your bill online" and give the web address for your patients to make online payments.
2. Patients are asked a simple set of questions about how they would like to pay. Payments can be made by ACH (electronic check) or credit/debit card.
3. The patient is automatically emailed a receipt to confirm their payment and the practice is emailed a notification that the payment has been made. Payments are direct deposited into the practice's bank account several days later.Read More
